August 2010: An office manager at a policy and research organization, a longstanding client of ours, sent a letter to our Director of Service praising the performance of one of our most tenured technicians, James Ventura. She stated that James “is courteous, polite and always has suggestions to help” and that he keeps their “equipment running at its best”. She relayed to our Director of Service that her colleagues all know that when James leaves their office it’s 99.9% that the problem has been resolved.

March 2010: I wanted to e-mail you to let you know what an exceptional employee Khari Jackson is. He was able to not only determine the problem and ordered the part but also suggested a service be done to keep the copier running in top condition. He was in communication with me as to when the parts, if need would arrive and let me know when he would return. He called to find a convenient time to work on the copier so it would not impact the programs that use it the most. He called the day before to let me know he would be coming and arrived on time. I can not tell you how not only nice but polite he was and a pleasure to deal with.
Please thank him again. It will be nice to know that if we have another glitch with our copies; Khari will be there to fix it.

It's refreshing to see your service technicians reinforce what was promised to us by the sales team. The employee ownership is evident in the excellent customer service, from all Meridian employees.

We have an installation-wide cost per copy contract with Meridian. They provide equipment, supplies and maintenance for the entire installation, which means 75 placements. I wasn't acquainted with Meridian until they bid on this contract. They were the winner of 6 bidders. I would heartily recommend Meridian as a responsive and friendly group of people to deal with. Their customer service is excellent. The contract requires 4-hour response times, which they always make. Supplies are delivered the day after a request is made.

On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest? Rating would be a 5.

I must commend one of your technicians, Mike Taylor. We're extremely happy with the service he provides to the University and don't know what we'd do without him. He consistently fixes our problems the first time, every time. On top of being an outstanding technician, he's very friendly, too. It's nice getting service like this.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service as of late and inform you of the exceptional service provided by Mr. Khari Jackson. Mr. Jackson has serviced our machine multiple times with proficiency of skill and a cheerful attitude. Furthermore, Mr. Jackson has taken the extra effort to educate members of our office in regards to the mechanics of the copier so that we may be more informed to repair a problem ourselves, in the event of future disruptions. Meridian is a highly reputable firm that specializes in full service management of large contracts for equipment, maintenance, and supplies. They have a number of nationwide accounts with major Federal agencies and large corporations. This new contract will replace our current copier leasing arrangements, which rely on equipment and services from twelve (12) different contractors located across the country.Meridian will be providing new, high speed equipment. This new arrangement also will streamline contract administration and maintenance services.

I want you to know what a fine job Ethel Dean continues to do to support our efforts in preparing for training here. She continues to do a great job but recently even improved on that in assisting us in preparing for a national implementation. Ethel has handled several of my imaging needs over the past several months and has consistently provided friendly customer service; she is very accurate and extremely efficient.
