Responsibilities include:
>> responding to service calls for our clients in a designated territory
>> completing mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine maintenance

Qualifications:
>> Candidate must have experience repairing copiers, performing routine and preventive maintenance for copiers, have good computer skills and mechanical repair abilities, and have the desire to disassemble and reassemble copiers.
>> Candidate will interact with customers in person, so must be personable and have great customer service skills, and have a valid drivers license.

Account Representative
We are always accepting résumés for account representatives with strong sales experience. Industry experience is preferred, but a candidate with a strong selling background we are willing to train.

Responsibilities include:
>> lead generation and qualification
>> building strong professional relationships with customers and prospects
>> coordinating internal pre-sales resources
>> familiarity with entire product lines carried
>> understanding customer requirements and staying informed about the document imaging industry
