Good technicians are in demand. It’s been our experience that finding and retaining the best technicians means that we’ve got to be their best employer. Our technicians average over seventeen years of industry experience. The “Meridian years” for our technicians average 5.2 years, yet 65% of our current technician pool was hired after 2003. Those are pretty incredible figures that indicate we have careers, not jobs.

Each technician carries current manufacturer certifications. We also have an in-house, certified training program, led by a trainer with more than 10 years of teaching experience and 28 years of industry experience. At the end of the day, we are fully aware that we might be selling you something that another company sells. We can claim that our product is that much better, but really, what's better is...us.
